Wow, this is a massively complex question. And I appreciate your wording of it, because it’s very different from asking how to become a true Minnesotan vs. a true Minneapolitan. Personally, I am a Minneapolitan through and through, no doubt, though I may not actually be an authentic Minnesotan (and may never be). Welcome to town, and please sit tight for an extended answer soon.
