S. 12th “Glee” recaps: Episode 15, Season 3.
WHOA! As if you need more reasons why “Glee” is TOTALLY THE MOST ENTERTAINING SHOW ON TELEVISION! Or, like, DVR, or Hulu, or however you watch it! Just look at all that went down last night between (AWESOME!) musical numbers!
The Shaggs, “My Pal Foot Foot”
Action from the get-go! Madison, Clayton and Zoe are still in New York, collaborating with an independent theater company dramatizing the events of Season 2 into an Off Broadway musical, so it’s mega-meta! The planning is going badly, however, and the gang is unsure whether to retain the services of the arrogant singer and actor Rex Teagarten (played by Jason Patric), who is portraying Vaclav Havel, played by Michael Fassbender in the previous season! Clayton calls Havel in Prague for one of his pep talks, but can’t get through to him — though Teagarten has been listening in on the call! Meanwhile, Conor, Vanessa, Devin, Brianna and Bryce have taken a Greyhound back to Detroit, and meet a mysterious gentleman that claims to be disgraced former No Limit soldier Silkk the Shocker (played, in a clever bit of stunt casting, by Master P’s son, the actor and rapper L’il Romeo)! Silkk offers to return to New York with Bryce and Conor to wrest direction of control of the situation from Teagarten!

Meanwhile, back at Walter Reuther High School, Jordyn prepares for her testimony before Senator Haddox regarding the assassination of Senator Broxbane!
C+C Music Factory, “A Groove of Love (What’s This Word Called Love?)”
Famed documentarian Barbara Koppel (Rachel Weisz) is making a documentary on the making of the Off Broadway show, but first wants to come to Detroit to shoot some introductory footage! Things get awkward when Morgyn mistakes Koppel for photojournalist Sean Hemmerle and accuses her of making “Detroit ruin porn”! Avery and Kali explain Koppel is responsible for great documentaries such as Harlan County, USA, and Morgyn is chastised — but Koppel likes her spunk and hires her to be DP!
Huggy Bear, “Children Absent From Heaven Says”
Alexas, Avery, Forrest and Colten are shocked to find out that the estate of Gyorgy Ligeti is suing them for stealing compositions and passing them off as original work! Little do they know, however, the “attorney” retained by “the estate of Gyorgy Ligeti” is merely a paid actor, hired by the Glee Committee to undermine Alexas, Avery, Forrest and Colten’s controversial work on creating original compositions for the glee program to sing!
